1. Scope

These terms apply to reservations and stays at Entrychoicegate, operated by Entrychoicegate Alpine Lodge Limited (Company No. 8342917, NZBN 9429041873526), 14 Fernhill Road, Fernhill, Queenstown 9300, New Zealand, and to the use of this website. By making a booking request you accept these terms.

2. Bookings & rates

• All rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST.
• A booking request made through this website is an enquiry, not a confirmed reservation. A stay is confirmed only when reception replies with a confirmation in writing.
• No payment is taken at the enquiry stage. Confirmation may require a card guarantee or a deposit for peak periods, which we will state plainly in our reply.
• Rates may change without notice; the rate confirmed in writing applies to your stay.

3. Cancellation

• Standard rates: free cancellation until 72 hours before 15:00 on the arrival day.
• Later cancellations or no-shows are charged the first night.
• Peak periods (Christmas–New Year, July ski season) may carry longer cancellation windows, stated at confirmation.

4. Arrival, stay & departure

• Check-in from 15:00; check-out until 11:00. Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability.
• Guests must be able to present photo identification at check-in.
• The property is adults-oriented; children aged 12 and over are welcome when accompanied.
• The lodge is non-smoking throughout. A designated outdoor area is provided.
• Pets are not permitted; registered service animals are welcome.

5. The Salon — important

The salon is a social lounge with a casino-inspired interior, open to registered guests aged 18 and over.

• All games are social and played face-to-face at the property. No real-money gambling, wagering or online gaming is offered or permitted.
• No stakes of monetary value may be placed on any game or activity at the property.
• We may decline salon access at our discretion, including where a guest's conduct disrupts the room.

6. Guest conduct & liability

Guests are responsible for damage caused by themselves or their party beyond reasonable wear. Our liability for guest property is limited to the extent permitted by the Innkeepers Act 1962 (NZ) and the Fair Trading Act 1986. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

7. Website use

Content on this site is provided in good faith and may change without notice. Text and imagery are the property of Entrychoicegate Alpine Lodge Limited and may not be reproduced without written permission. Links to third-party services (such as maps) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
