Ninety minutes built for legs that have walked the Routeburn or skied The Remarkables: a kawakawa-oil massage, warm schist stones along the spine, and a mānuka-honey compress, finished with herbal tea in the garden lounge.

The Salon
Evenings at the card table
Every night from five, the salon lights low and the green felt comes out. Our dealer-host runs sociable table evenings — learn a game, join a backgammon ladder, or simply take a velvet chair by the fire with a Central Otago pinot.

The Dining Room

Breakfast is lake-view and unhurried; dinner is a short seasonal menu — Fiordland venison, Aoraki salmon, vegetables from our own beds. The wine cellar leans hard into Central Otago, and the sommelier pours generously by the glass.
